FORM PHYSICS, LLC , is an advanced producer of metal injection molded components. In the later part of 2004, we established our manufacturing facility in a new high tech industrial area in Hayden, Idaho, on the north side of Coeur d'Alene. Our new building provides us 8,000 square feet of space and we have room to expand operations.

We have excellent tool makers nearby. The entire manufacturing process, from feedstock production through sintering and secondary operations, is completed in-house.

FORM PHYSICS uses the latest techniques, equipment and processes in a broad and growing technology, known as MIM, for making large quantities of relatively small, complex-shaped components with high performance properties.

We believe that high quality, cost-effective products begin with well conceived designs followed up with total control.

Our on-site personnel have practical experience in industrial design and in metallurgical, mechanical and systems engineering.
