Form Physics, LLC, moves to Northern Idaho.

Toward the end of 2004, Ian Clark and some other investors bought the assets of Form Physics Corporation (FPC) and set up operations under the name Form Physics, LLC, (FPLLC) in the Coeur d'Alene area of Northern Idaho.  We now have our own property and a new 8,000 square foot building in a rapidly growing light industrial/high tech area.  Some of the employees of FPC moved from San Diego to Idaho with us and we hired others here. 

We now enjoy considerably lower manufacturing costs including building, electric power, gas, workers compensation insurance, and taxes, making FPLLC much more competitive in our pricing than FPC was in California
